I was upset when I thought Spain’s no.9 was not going to get any playing time in the final against the Netherlands so you can imagine my excitement when David Villa came off I saw Torres walk onto the field. The excitement was short lived, however when, while chasing a punt, he began limping.  He will miss the first month of the Premiership but nothing is certain as of yet.  It was very clear that he was not 100% throughout the entire tournament and another injury is certainly not helping. GET BETTER, TORRES. Liverpool needs you!
